Additional Information:Gable roofed one and a half story house with bargeboards, south side roof dormers, full-length enclosed entrance porch and screened inset rear porch on gable roofed addition, and three elongated panes over clear plate glass windows. 1996- "Rising from a molded concrete block foundation, the clapboard house at this address consists of a one-and-one-half story bungalow with a low-pitch gable roof. Directly below the front gable is a full-width, enclosed porch with a hip roof. At the side is a gabled roof dormer with a chimney at the top. Some windows are original, including four-over-one light, double-hung sashes." - "La Crosse North/South Transportation Corridor", WisDOT ID #5991-04-00, Prepared by Heritage Research, Ltd. (1996). 2016 UPDATE - HOUSE APPEARS SAME AS WHEN LAST SURVEYED IN 1996. 2024: This bungalow style house was constructed c.1920. It has a rectilinear footprint, concrete block foundation, is clad in clapboard siding, and is topped by a front-gabled roof with side-gabled roof dormers. A one-story, enclosed porch spans the facade and is topped with a half-hip roof. The house features original, three-over-one, double-hung wood windows with one-over-one, fixed wood storm windows.
