Modern addition to the south. 2016 UPDATE - BUILDING LOOKS MUCH THE SAME AS WHEN IT WAS LAST SURVEYED IN 1996. 2024: The E.N. Holme Building is a two-story, Italianate style commercial building constructed in 1892. The original structure is constructed of brick and is topped by a flat roof with a projected cornice. The altered storefront level is clad in stucco and features a central canted entrance flanked by plate glass and metal frame windows. A two-story, flat roofed, vinyl clad addition extends from the rear (west) elevation. Between roughly 1975 and 1992, one-story additions were added along the south (side) elevation. These additions are topped with a flat roof and are clad in stucco. A metal clad awning spans the facades of the original structure and additions. |
