| Additional Information: | Moulded brick cornice with small parapet above; triangular pediment shpaed window heads with floral design and corbened ends; Iro pilasters with scross capitals and bases from the recessed entrance; paneled window apron pattern identical to pattern of paneled entrance door. Structure identical on facade design to adajcent structures at 215 and 211 Pearl Street. Similar to the adjacent stores at 215 and 211 Pearl also constructed by John Voegle, the center three bayed structure with architectural integrity including its "cast iron storefronts." Built c. 1868 when John Voegel enlarged his grocery and saloon at this location. Cast iron front added in the 1870s. |
