Additional Information:Front gabled dormer with bargeboards; partially enclosed porch with brick pier support placed on railing four elongated panes over clera plate glass windows.

2016- "This one-and-one-half-story, side-gable bungalow was built c.1920. It is clad in brick and rests on a raised foundation. Asphalt shingles cover the side gable the roof and a gable dormer with a simple bargeboard is centrally placed on the front (south) facade. The roofline features a wide overhand with exposed rafters. The facade is dominated by a partial width front porch with a brick pier support. Windows are the original, four-over-one and one-over-one, double-hung sash."
