NOTES
Additional Information:2 BAY WINDOWS ON FRONT 2022 - The windows have been replaced since the previous survey in 1974. The one-story addition extends from the north elevation and has a front-gabled roof with side-gabled dormers. This addition is visible in aerial photography as early as 1937. The farmstead was purchased by George Huber in 1904 from J.M. Schovell. Sometime after marrying in 1949, Huber's granddaughter, Ardys (daugther of Walter and Olive Huber), and her husband, Eldon Saager, took ownership of the property. Saager served as Lowville Chairman for over thirty years. The farmstead has been recognized as a Century Farm and is still in the possession of the family as of 2022.
