Additional Information:Wilhelminia was the widow of John Kutzborsky. They had at least three children, Carl and his twin sister Augusta and August. Gable roofed one and a half story house with bargeboards, half-timber articulation and brackets in gable ends, rectangular bay window on south side, decorative belt courses, leaded glass, iron fence, side roof dormer, and open gabled entrance porch with brick piers.

This address was listed as 113 South 17th from 1922-1930, changing to 111 c. 1932.
