Additional Information:Central bay defined by brick pilasters with finials topped by round pediment; plain projecting cornice with parapet above and a triglyph and melope decorated freize below; round arched windows in center of facade and stone lintels on remaining windows; full-length open front porch with brick piers and rectangular pediment above entrance; entrance door with oval glass. Similar structure at 1100-1102 State St. (20-21).
