Heavy projecting cornice with block dentils and balustrated parapet above; frame cupola on decked roof; secondary cornice over second story windows with straight flat stone lintels; projecting cornice window heads in lower story; brick quoins on all corners; open one-bay pedimented portico with floral design on tympanum and Tuscan columns; short vertical brick pilasters articulate the foundation; U.S.W.B. on shield on parapet. General contractor: John A. Miller. 2017 UPDATE - THIS BUILDING LOOKS SUBSTANTIALLY LIKE IT DID WHEN SURVEYED IN 1996, WITH A ONE STORY FLAT ROOFED BRICK ADDITION OFF THE EAST/SIDE ELEVATION. |
