This one-story astylistic utilitarian storage building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete foundation, a wood frame construction, a wood sided exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. The building is located in part of Government Lot 10. The Hugo Sauer Nursery is located southwest of County K, four miles northwest of Rhinelander. The land was shared by NECO in 1976 - USFS Lake States Research Experiment Station (tree distribution, warehouse/storage) in Wisconsin.
