Additional Information:Largest and most elaborately detailed period revival apartment building in Green Bay. Tall concrete foundation. All windows are metal sash with most being paird 8 lite casement windows with a 6 lite transom above and 4 lite side lites creating the appearance of large 30 lite windows. All windows have concrete sills. The building has an asymetrical T Plan with the rear portion forming the cross bar. This portion has three story tall rectilinear ells at the rear facing corners whose roof is formed by a downward extension of the main roof slope and which have elaborate shaped gablets terminating them with ogee arched concrete coping with finials. The third floor window of each ell is lager than the rst and has a 12 lite metal sash, french doors with a semi-circiular arched 6 lite fan lite above. and 6 lite side lites on either side. These doors open onto small balconies with wrought iron railings. These motifs are used elsewhere on the main facades facing Monroe Avenue. The street facing ell has a larger two bay wide example facing the front. Parking for this large building is provided in the basement.
