Additional Information: | Very good T plan brick front gabled house which had a small one-story tall brick retail building added on the east facing facade at an early date. House has segmental arched openings throughout and is a later example of the form. The west facing ell has a canted first floor with intact corner brackets. All windows have wide triple header coursed brick corbelled hood molds with steps. All gable ends have a simple corbel table below the eaves. The shed roofed tavern building to the left is rectilinear in plan, and is attached to the east facade of the house. The building retains its fine corbelled brick parapet, but all display windows have been altered and a new pent roof placed above them. Garage is a later building.
