NOTES
Additional Information:Surveyed in 2024 as part of WisDOT STH 33 project. The two story, cream brick, Italianate-style Schulze house was built in 1885. The house is irregular in plan, with a hip and deck central block; a projecting two story front bay capped with pediment; and two-story hip roofed polygonal bays on the east and west side elevations. The house has rusticated quoins and an elaborate wood cornice with paired brackets. Window openings are tall and narrow, with segmental arched hood molds and stone sills supported on corbels. The windows themselves appear to be replacement aluminum one-over-one double hungs. The front door is flanked by multi-light sidelights and a sunburst-patterned transom. The entry porch has chamfered columns, scroll cut brackets, and an arched openwork porch beam. A one story, two bay modern garage extends from the rear of the house and connects to another large vinyl-sided garage. 1992: Doug and Pam Williams lived here from 1976-2003.
