Additional Information: | This 2 1/2 story Craftsman apartment building was constructed in 1925. It is rectangular in plan with stucco walls and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is symmetrical in plan with a central front door with banks of three 1-over-1 windows at the first story and two banks of three 1-over-1 windows at the second story. Centered above the front door and between the first and second stories is a smaller 1-over-1 window. The front door has sidelights on each side and is sheltered by a cantilevered flat roof. A hipped roof dormer with a pair of single-pane fixed-sash windows is located in the center of the front roof slope. Map code is 070913114199 Resurveyed August 2012; no visible changes. |
