| Additional Information: | Map Code is 070922435023. The garage is a non-contributing resource. "Alvan Small designed three Prairie School houses in the neighborhood, including the Pfund House at 1705 Vilas Avenue, the Geib House, and this bungalow at 1415 Vilas Avenue. His two houses on the tour are similar in their use of stucco over cedar bevel siding and their large overhangs. This house has unusually proportioned casement windows with square lites. It is in very original condition on the exterior and interior, with the exception of kitchen and bath remodeling, painting the woodwork and enclosing the back porch."
