Additional Information: | Map Code is 071007218053. Stucco was added c. 1987. Karrrels Building Co. was the builder. "This charming house features the off-center main entry typical of many bungalows in this district. The keystones at the top of the round arched windows are a Classical reference. Note that the windows are grouped in sets of three--the group in the dormer are equal in size, while the group to the right of the entrance resembles a Palladian window. These mix-and-match elements provided individualized designs for each home in this housing development."
