NOTES
Additional Information:Built between 1903 and 1910 by William Lister. Leaded and stained glass windows; two hip roofed dormer and one gabled roof dormer; open balustrated entrance porch supported by Tuscan columns similar to 114 and 206 E. Central (18-28 and 18-27).

Ornamented by leaded and stained glass windows, the hip roofed dormers and gabled roof dormers penetrated the hip roof and the plan rectangular shape of the apartment structure with a Neoclassical influenced porch suggest Georgian Revival influence.

Important as an extant apartment structure from the early 20th century in Chippewa Falls, the apartment house is the best of the two similar examples (also at 206 E. Central, CH18-27) of early 20th century stone construction by the William Lister and the Chippewa Falls construction company.
