Additional Information:This is a large L-shaped, two and one-half story, frame late Queen Anne house with a wide wrap-around verandah, multiple bay windows and asymmetrically arranged fenestration illustrating a wide variety of window types. The influence of the shingle style can be seen in the shingled second story, the massive shingled gables with their plain wall treatments and in the arcaded fenestration in the gable facing Franklin Street and the inset false loggia with its latticed window sash and bowed column screen.
