Additional photo codes are: FRV 4/16A,17A Having manufactured springs for carriages since 1883 at another location, Mr. Conrod Milhaupts constructed this building aroud 1920 as an auto repair and auto spring manufacturer. In 1939 the buildings was used as a truck dealership until 1941 and as an automobile showroom from 1946 until 1950. In 1961 bicycle sales and service began and continues today. In 1976 the spring manufacturing business was discontinued and in 1977 the auto repair business was discontinued. The building measures 74' x 70', is constructed of face brick and concrete block. Projecting piliasters with horizontal bands decorate the facade. 2024: resurveyed
