Additional Information: | Two-story north side bay; south bay window (now enclosed); paired brackets under eaves; full-length open porch with brackets; spindle and cut-out rail supported by turned posts with fan shape capitals. 2021 - This two-story Italianate house was constructed circa 1890. It is square in plan with a concrete block foundation, an asphalt shingled hipped roof, and a one-story addition to the rear. A cross gable is centered in the east-facing primary façade, and paired brackets are present beneath wide eaves. The house features a full-width porch with elaborate cut-outs and spindlework. The house retains its clapboard siding, while windows are 1-over-1 double hung replacements. Some window openings have been altered or filled in on the south and north elevations. |
