NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This is a two story, multi-gabled, frame Queen Anne style house with extensive modern alterations. Modification to the front porch have left only a small door porch with turned Queen Anne posts and wrought-iron railings and a decoratively bracketed and denticulated cornice. A largemodern, flat-roofed screened porch on the south side has a similar cornice treatment. The house is covered in 8" wide steel siding and the front windows are trimmed with non-functional modern decorative shutters. Garage also on property. William T. Ross lived in this house from at least 1904-1925.
