This structure contributes to the significance of the East College Avenue Residential Historic District under Criterion C as an outstanding example of Victorian Gothic style house retaining much of its original ornate wood trim and ornamented brickwork intact. This house exhibits the finest Victorian Gothic bargeboards, brackets, porch detailing and incised window lintels of any house surveyed. Stucco and vinyl sided porch at rear overlooking the Fox River. Attached garage.
