Additional Information:A two story brick commercial structure characterized by various stone detailing - a feature common to early twentieth century business blocks. Stone is used to mark the roofline, to accent the window openings, and to display the building's name. On the ground floor the original storefront has been totally altered.

The 1926 directory recorded the Eau Claire Motor Company at this address (C). In 1931, a garage, with a capacity of seventy cars, was noted (D).
