Additional Information:This is an example of a Builder's Cube, the twentieth century successor to the L and T house. The two story dwelling, which is situated at the crest of a small hill, is generally square in plan, has a hipped roof punctuated by a hipped roof dormer, and an ornamented front veranda. Bay windows are visible on both the east and west elevations. The foundation is made of concrete, the exterior walls are composed of aluminum siding, and the roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The main facade faces the North. This residence is in good condition.
