Additional Information:A one and a half story clapboard residence located on a triangular piece of land bounded by Newton, Graham, and State Streets. The structure is connected to its neighbor, 1009 S. Graham Avenue, 26/21, by a garage. Building features include returned eaves and a classically detailed entrance on the north elevation. The two story porch is a later addition for the 1897 Sanborn-Perris map shows a veranda on the principal facade.
