Additional Information: | Parapet with concrete coping and recessed panels formed by brick pilasters; display windows; recent pent roof; red brick front on cream brick building. Dave Dulberg identified this building and the one to the south as the Color Spot, a dry cleaner Hugh Williams located his steam laundry at 213 DeWitt about 1919. Williams continued to use the building through 1929. By 1948 through 1955, it was the Modern Laundry. |
