Additional Information: | TWIN SILOS W/ GAMBREL ROOFS AND DORMERS Previously surveyed in 1978. A house and extensive collection of outbuildings, including a barn, two silos, milk house, hog shed, machine shed, granary, workshop, garage, and pump house, comprise this former dairy farm complex. The property was originally a 160-acre dairy farm operated by Herman Zellmer. Plat maps indicate that he owned the parcel from 1915 through 1948. Beverly and James Johnson owned the property through the 1970s. The farm stood vacant during much of the 1980s-1990s, resulting in considerable deterioration to the outbuildings. |
