NOTES
Additional Information:A simple two story frame residence which has lost a great deal of its picturesque quality through the addition of aluminum siding. The structure does feature a bay window, paired roundheaded windows (these have been partially filled in), and gable ornaments. A detailed veranda stretches across the long portion of the facade. Judge George L. Blum, who lived at this address from 1905 until his death in 1939, was elected county judge in 1902 and served in that capacity until 1939. Blum was born in Eau Claire in 1869 and after finishing his education in 1895, formed a law partnership in Eau Claire with John B. Fleming (334 Lincoln Avenue, 4P/8). He maintained that partnership until 1908, after which time he practiced alone.
