Additional Information:A one story brick industrial building which features large window openings that are currently filled with glass blocks. The main entrance is accented by a parapet and is framed in stone. A large garage is attached to the west end. An addition was put on in 1946. The bakery is located across from the Northwestern Depot, 324 Putnam Street, 4L/28. Buri's Sunlit Bakery, producer of Holsum Bread, was established in 1928 when Edward Buri purchased the Eau Claire Bakery on Galloway Street. In 1930 the company moved into their new building on Putnam Street.
