Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the State Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation. See also "Morey Bungalows" site file.

The exterior of this bungalow is covered with fieldstone, a material which apparently became popular in the 1920's. The building is one story in height and covered by a gable roof. A small dormer lights the attic level. A small porch extends from the facade and is covered by a steeply pitched gable roof. A round headed arch provides access to the porch; a similar arch appears to the side and provies access to the rear of the property. The residence is in good condition.
