Additional Information:A simple two story commercial structure distinguished by panels of decorative brickwork (these are most likely a later addition) and two segmental arch bays highlighted by radiating voussoirs. A concrete block addition is on the west.

The 1883, 1885, 1889 Sanborn Perris maps noted a barbershop as the occupant of this building. In 1884 the barber was Henry Bradford, who also lived upstairs. The 1897 map recorded a store at this address and in 1931 the use was residential.
