Additional Information:This one story brick warehouse building is significant under Criterion C as a good example of vernacular commercial architecture in Merrill. This building is part of the proposed West Main Street Commercial Historic District. This one story vernacular commercial building was constructed sometime between 1907 and 1913, and was first listed as an implement warehouse. By 1930 the city directories list this address as the Wenzel Hardware Warehouse, and it retains this listing as late as 1945.


Re-surveyed in 2005. No significant change observed.
