Additional Information: | 1990: The Isaac and Grace Lusk House s 2 1/2 story, Colonial Revival house clad with clapboard and wood shingles. Constructed on an uncoursed stone foundation, the house is rectangular in plan with a gable roof. Spanning the width of the facade is a hipped roof porch enclosed with double hung 3/1 windows and supported by Tuscan columns. Other windows are paired 1/1 sash. There is an east-facing gable dormer with three windows and wood shingles. The upper gables are clad with wood shingles and pierced by three windows in a "T" shape. The galbe roof is covered with asphalt shingles. |

Ownership of lot in 1909 is identified as Charles Bartholomew (for IJ Lusk); Bartholomew is therefore presumed to be the builder.
