NOTES
Additional Information:LOCATED ALONG A STAGE ROUTE THAT RAN FROM RICHLAND CENTER TO HILLSBORO IN VERNON COUNTY. 2022 - The Cunningham House and Hotel is a two story, end gabled brick building with an asphalt shingle roof. The house was built ca. 1876. The entry is located on the front façade facing STH 80. The entry is covered with a small porch clad in asphalt shingles and supported with turned posts and features a spindle frieze. A small one-story rear addition can be seen from the road though the foliage covers most of it and makes it difficult to discern specific features. 1/1 sash windows are found on the first and second floors of the house. The two first floor windows and one second floor window are covered with a segmental arch lintel. Little information could be found detailing the use of the house as a hotel.
