NOTES
Additional Information:Related buildings: barn (#0043501) This 1 1/2 story, side gable house is clad with composition siding and has a stone and concrete block foundation. The house has a gable-roofed, one-story frame addition appended to the back wall and a shed-roofed addition appended to it. The full-length front porch is supported by turned posts which rest on a replacement concrete deck. The plain form has been decorated with minor Victorian elements including the turned posts and the facade cottage windows with leaded glass headers. For the most part, fenestration consists of replacement windows and doors. A one-story, gable-roofed barn with vertical board siding is located behind the house. During the first three decades of the 20th century the 40-acre farm was owned by the Julius Dams family about whom nothing is known.
