Additional Information:ARCHITECTURAL STATEMENT: THIS ONE-STORY STONE HOUSE HAS BEEN COVERED WITH STUCCO. SHED ROOF HIP DORMERS ARE LATER ADDITIONS. THE GABLE ROOFED RESIDENCE, LOCATED NEAR THE BREWERY IS OF STONE CONSTRUCTION, BUT HAS BEEN STUCCOED. THE BUILDING RESTS ON A RAISED BASEMENT. WINDOWS ARE CAPPED BY PLAIN LINTELS. ADDITIONS HAVE OCCURED TO THE REAR AND A DORMER HAS BEEN ADDED. HISTORICAL STATEMENT: REQUIRES ADDITIONAL RESEARCH TO DETERMINE LINK WITH BREWERY.
