A one-story garage addition is located on the north end. A small, front-gabled one-story, wood-sided building is centrally located on the rear (east) first-level facade. The facade also includes a one-car garage door with a doorway directly to the left.

A one-and-a-half story granary and machine shed are located directly east of the house; both are sided with wood. A small aluminum shed is located directly west of the machine shed. The fieldstone remains of a barn, is located southeast of the granary and machine shed.

The farmstead was buitl after 1874, when Henry Paff purchased the property from Erick Nelson, who was a brother-in-law to Gunder Robbe. In 1910 it was sold to Otto Meyer, the son of German immigrants. Meyer sold the farm to his sons Rudolph and Theodore; in 1920 Rudolph purchased his brother's share of the farm. the farm remained in the Meyer name until 1968. The Hanson Family owned and rented it out until about 1993.
