Additional Information:1995- "This two-story brick commercial building was constructed in 1930 by Steve Kowalewski for his grocery and meat business. The function of the building is typical of a corner commercial building with the first floor used for retail and the second floor for residential. The building was designed in the Mediterranean Revival Style and includes tile roof overhangs, colored decorative tiles, and terra cotta panels with images of birds."
