Additional Information: | Excellent example of stick style cottage residence. Note original porch and hood over first floor windows. Classic Stick Style facade. Michael D. Vogtman and Cheryl Vogtman were the owners at time of survey. Two story wood-frame structure with multiple gables, clapboards, "stick style" timbers on street facade and a bracketed false bay hood over the first floor windows. Windows are narrow rectangles and are taller on the first floor. There is a side wing and a bay winodw on the first floor wing. Originally this building was part of the Vine/Reservoir Historic District (listed 8/2/84). Another map code is 31/30a on the LUQS 353 map. |
