Additional Information: Locally designated: 11/12/85. Vick & Krueger was the carpenter. Three story Queen Anne type residence with round tower set into a massive gable on the front facade. The tower rises over a pedimented/columned porch, and has a top story of arched windows. Each gable contains a Palladian window, the side gables have return cornices. Oversize brackets support both the top story and the side extended bays. Carriage House at 117 E. Lloyd built in 1905. Fair example of a large architect designed residence with integrity of form. Designed by one of Milwaukee's leading architects.
