NOTES
Additional Information:John A. Heller, who built this building, followed in his father's footsteps as a dentist. He learned the basics of the field by watching his father and eventually pursued the career by attending dental school. After graduating, he was a dentist for many years before closing his dental office to become an insurance agent for the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.

The mural on the side of the building was painted in 1978 by Jef Maynard, Pete Lang, and Terry Parzyck, depicting real-life Menominee residents.

2018: Demolished for the construction of the Cobblestone Inn hotel.
