THE ORIGINAL FACADE, WHICH WAS PROBABLY BRICK, HAS BEEN ROUGHLY STUCCOED OVER. THE STRUCTURE WAS BUILT IN 1888-1889. (C). IT WAS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION.
