Additional Information:This two story building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a brick exterior, a brick and wood trim, and a flat roof. Round arched windows with distinctive brick hoods are visible on the second story. Brickwork detailing appears on the cornice. The building, which was owned by Arthur Koutsky of Ontario, Canada in 1982, was occupied by Midwest Prosthetic & Orthotic Center. The building is in good condition. Koutsky also owned at that time the building at 119-121 North Main Street.
