Additional Information: THIS CONTEMPORARY STYLE, ONE-STORY BANK BUILDING HAS A RECTANGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION, A FLAT ROOF AND A CONCRETE EXTERIOR. THE BANK WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1959 AND WAS ALTERED OR HAD ADDITIONS MADE TO IT IN 1976. (A). THE STRUCTURE WAS FOUND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND:
THE LANCASTER STATE BANK WAS ORIGINALLY ORGANIZED AS THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF LANCASTER AND LOCATED AT 151 W. MAPLE STREET, 42/11.
