Additional Information: | This appears to be a mail order house Standard Plan No. 126. from p. 54 of the 1911 Gordon-Van Tine Standard Homes Catalog. An over-sized gabled dormer which includes a second floor porch dominates the design of this twentieth century building. The cica 1922, one and a half story residence has a rectangular plan, a side gabled style, a gable roof, and a brick, wood shingle and stucco exterior. (A) There is a south side bay window, and a north side oriel window as well. The building was found in good condition. THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1912 AND 1927. |
