Additional Information: | Originally this building was part of the Vine/Reservoir Historic District (listed: 8/2/1984). Locally designated: 11/12/1985. Excellent example of two and one half story cream brick residence with integrity of form and many extant original details. William Conrad was a partner in Conrad Brothers Tanners. Two story brick structure with multiple gables, hipped roof, plain stone window lintels, an oriel window at stairslanding between first and second floors. There is an open side porch and there are paired sash windows in the gables. |
