Additional Information: Originally this building was part of the Vine/Reservoir Historic District (listed: 8/2/84). Locally designated: 11/12/85. Two story brick residence typical of the Italianate style with hood moldings over the windows and an incised keystone. Decorative circular window in the front end gable with return cornice. Porch extending the length of the facade appears to be a later addition. Excellent example of this form of cream brick residence.
