Additional Information: A TWO-STORY FRAME HOUSE ON A STONE FOUNDATION WITH A STEEPLY PITCHED SLOPING ROOF THAT HAS A GABLED WALL DORMER AND A RECTANGULAR GABLED BAY EXTENSION TO THE WEST. PALLADIAN INFLUENCED WINDOWS, DECORATIVE SHINGLES AND CORNICE RETURNS IN THE SOUTH GABLE END, A TWO-SIDED, DECKED PORCH SUPPORTED BY SLIM TUSCAN COLUMNS, WINDOW CORNICES, A THREE-SIDED BAY WINDOW AND A SIDE LIGHTED DOOR CHARACTERIZE THE HOUSE. A SHED ROOFED SUMMER KITCHEN IS AT THE REAR.

BUILT BETWEEN 1895 AND 1908 AND RESIDED IN VINYL BETWEEN 1983 AND 2005. HOUSE IS ALSO KNOWN AS 317 N. 4TH ST.
