Additional Information: THIS FRAME, TWO-STORY RESIDENCE RESTS ON A STONE FOUNDATION. THE GABLED ROOF HAS A FRONT FACING, CENTERED, GABLED ROOF DORMER. DECORATIVE FEATURES OF THE HOUSE INCLUDE LEADED GLASS, CORNER BOARDS, FRIEZE BOARDS, AND FISH-SCALE SHINGLES IN THE OPEN GABLE ENDS AND ON THE DORMER. A FULL-LENGTH FRONT PORCH IS DESIGNED WITH FILLED IN RAILINGS AND SQUARED COLUMNS. AT THE REAR OF THE DWELLING ARE TWO EXTENSIONS; ONE HAS A GABLE ROOF WITH WALL DORMERS AND THE OTHER HAS A SIMPLE SHED ROOF.

THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1895 AND 1908 AND WAS RESIDED IN VINYL AND OTHERWISE ALTERED BETWEEN 1983 AND 2005.
