Additional Information:2016- "Built in 1922, the Eugene A. Earle House is a one-and-one-half-story bungalow with decorative half-timbering. It has an irregular plan, is covered with stucco, and rests on a rusticated concrete block foundation. The low-pitched intersecting gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features a ridgeline brick chimney, wide overhanging eaves supported by knee braces, and exposed rafters. A front gable porch on the front (east) facade features a prominent cornice, with tapered columns on square piers, and an open rusticated concrete block knee wall. The main (east) entrance is a glass and wood door with sidelights flanked by two bands of three, single-pane, fixed-sash with transom windows. Other fenestration includes multi-light-over-one, double-hung sash; multi-light fixed-sash; and leaded-glass fixed sash windows, in groups of two to four, all with simple wood surrounds. The side (south) elevation features a shed roof bay with exposed rafters."
