Additional Information: | A TWO-STORY SIDE GABLE WITH STONE LINTELS AND A HIPPED PORCH OVER THE FRONT DOOR. ADDITIONS TO THE REAR. A PLAINLY OUTLINED BRICK RESIDENCE FEATURING RECTANGULAR OPENINGS WITH SOME LINTELS. THIS BRICK STRUCTURE APPEARS TO BE THE RESIDENCE OF GEORGE LIEBFRIED, MORTHE ROF DUTCH HOLLOW'S (NOW TENNYSON) EARLY ARRIVALS, WHO SERVED IN THE MINING CAMP IN 1845. LIEBFRIED, BORN IN GERMANY IN 1808, WAS A TAILOR WHO WORKED IN BOTH POTOSI AND DUTCH HOLLOW. HE ALSO FARMED. JOSEPH LANGKAMP AND GEORGE ARGUS WERE LATER OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY. |
